Hello, ladies and Gentlemen from the HQ, 

Today, I address a critical issue that affects many individuals across various industries—the issue of job compensation and how it should not solely dictate our worth. In today's society, it is all too common for companies to use bonuses, goals, and incentives as a means to motivate employees. While these strategies can be effective in boosting productivity, they often overlook the importance of providing a living wage to hardworking individuals. 

We live in a world where financial stability is essential for our well-being. The pursuit of success should not come at the cost of our livelihoods. Yet, all too often, companies prioritize their own growth and profitability without considering the financial needs of their employees. This creates a system where employees are constantly chasing bonuses and hitting unrealistic goals in the hopes of improving their situations.
